Who is Zach?

Zach is a safe, secure, and inclusive yoga instructor who creates a welcoming space where every practitioner feels supported, valued, and empowered in their practice. Having completed a 200-hour teacher training with renowned instructor Mimi Rieger, he teaches with steadiness, care, and a deep appreciation for yoga’s mental health benefits. For Zach, yoga is a powerful way to channel creativity, relieve stress, and build the clarity that supports better decision-making—on and off the mat.

Alongside his teaching, Zach brings a strong professional foundation in crisis communications, marketing, and advertising. He has worked at Brunswick Group, LinkedIn, Burson, and Zignal Labs, experiences that sharpened his ability to communicate with clarity and calm—especially in high-pressure moments. That same grounded approach shows up in his classes, helping students feel safe, capable, and supported as they grow in their practice.
